A towns play park has been renovated in time for the summer holidays.
Streetscape were asked to carry out the installation of new play equipment at Bullamoor Memorial Park in Northallerton. The park is situated next to the town’s Friarge Hospital and is popular with young families and visitors to the hospital.
The revamp has resulted in the addition of the Compact Multiplay unit from the Tribox range along with two Inclusive play items, the Sturdy Flying Saucer and the Sturdy Basket Swing.
Mayor of Northallerton, Councillor John Forrest officially reopened the park with young people from the town, who immediately put the play equipment to good use! He said: “It is a vast improvement to the children’s play area. Every time i walk past there are many people using it. We hope that this leads to many more years of enjoyment for both residents and visitors.”
