Derby City Council have upgraded Rocket Park with the addition of 6 pieces of Outdoor Fitness Products.
The 6 items selected offer 11 users the chance to exercise using 10 different workouts. As space was reasonably tight within the existing park the choice of equipment was critical to allow the maximum number of users to workout. Fortunately all but one of the items selected from Streetscape allow 2 users to engage with the apparatus at the same time.
The range of exercises covers cardio, upper body, torso and lower limb ensuring a full body workout is achievable.
The project was funded by Veolia and Derby Homes.
